Terrible Service & Facilities

Really disappointed in Q Hotel Krakow. The air conditioning was very slow to work and the room was absolutely roasting. When this was mentioned to reception we were advised that someone could look at it at 10pm, two hours later. We were travelling with a very tired 1 year old, not good enough. Then we realised the hotel WiFi wasn’t working in the rooms - not exactly ideal before a morning flight when you need to prepare downloaded entertainment and check boarding passes etc. Again this was raised at reception and we were advised nothing could be done until Monday! When I contacted the hotel after our stay, I was told the WiFi was “not an easy fix” - which would be fine if the reception hadn’t told us “this happens from time to time.” I’d expect so much more from a branded hotel chain, particularly one with such close proximity to the airport. Overall, dreadful service and a very disappointing stay which we won’t repeat.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The main issue we encountered was the very limited parking space at the hotel. On one occasion, we were informed upon arrival that all parking spots were taken and we had to leave our car on the street. This important detail should be clearly stated on the hotel’s website to avoid inconvenience. The rooms are small but cozy – suitable for a short one- or two-day visit to Kraków. I would recommend this hotel for a brief stay, especially if you don’t need guaranteed on-site parking.

Śniadanie z dość dużym wyborem świeżych produktów, na bieżąco dokładanych. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Pokój cichy mimo pobliskiej stacji paliw i drogi szybkiego ruchu. Przy hotelu miejsca parkingowe dla gości. W pobliżu hotelu znajduje się centrum handlowe, LIDL i IKEA.
