We loved the room we was worried it would be too cold as we went in November but it was perfect, staff were lovely, breakfast could’ve had more hot food options and more small tables instead of larger tables

Grrat location just south of the river within easy walking distance to some major, historical areas. All memebers of staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, wifi was great throughout the hotel and the restaurant was spacious with good food.

Quirky hotel layout that actually improves the hotels look and feel and gives added viewings advantage to the surrounding areas. Staff were very nice, helpful and quick in everything provided. Restaurant food was of high quality and the breakfast spread was the best I have had in years anywhere! Location of the hotel was perfectly placed to access restaurants, bars, sightseeing, public transport etc. A definite return location. Thank you for a fantastic long weekend in Krakow!

Amazing hotel, the spa pool area is incredible. Only a 25 minute walk across the nearsest bridge and you are in the city centre square. Plenty of food places and other shops around, easy to get a Taxi, i found the app Bolt to be the best for price and quickness. Would stay again.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel. Our room had a river view 👍. Totally recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel 2 evenings in the bar area, there may not be a massive choice but what we had was very good quality and reasonably priced. We went on the Qubos river boat and we were the only 2 on it, felt like a personal trip, loved it and only cost us 20 zlty each! There is a train station about 7 minutes walk and easy to get to. We went to Auschwitz on the train and used it to get to other local areas. All in all great hotel and good base to get to any part of Krakow.

Excellent helpful staff,especially Katarzyna at the reception. Room view fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi, clean and perfect size. Breakfast was plentiful, and lots of choice,my only gripe was that the coffee ,especially the cappuccino was not aromatic,and hardly any crema on the top.

Qubus recommended!

Great breakfast! Big range and good lunch/dinner menu. They gave us honey vodka shots at the end which was nice! Rooms are very nice, amazing view, pillows could be a little better is only thing. Great, friendly service, make sure you check the pool area. Amazing view in day and evening! Good location.
