On the first floor, above an open dining area, with a shared kitchen and shared living area, the room has a private balcony where guests can sit out and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. There is a double bed and 2 single beds, a flat-screen TV, a fridge, as well as a small table and chairs. Guests have access to the communal kitchen, which is shared with 2 other studios, as is a common seating area on the landing. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a kettle.

Guests have use of the shared outside swimming pool, a shared garden and the covered area which serves as an outdoor kitchen and dining area, with large tables for memorable meals with friends.

Location
The property is in the heart of the idyllic Pannonian region, which is famous for its wines and thermal springs. It is on the edge of the village of Lukavci, less than two hours’ drive from Ljubljana and Zagreb. Ljubljana makes a fascinating day trip. As does Zagreb, the Croatian capital.

Closer to home, guests can enjoy hiking or cycling in unspoiled nature and vineyards. Many vineyards offer wine tasting, and you can buy wine directly from the producers to enjoy at home. Ptuj Castle (40 minutes) makes a great day out. It is one of the most impressive castles in Slovenia and dominates the pretty Medieval town. For something more relaxing, spend a few hours in one of the town’s thermal spas.

The historic town of Ljutomer (8 minutes) has everything visitors might need in terms of amenities and good restaurants.

Ljubljana’s international airport is a 2-hour 5-minute drive. Alternatively, Zagreb airport is only 1 hour and 45 minutes.
