In the place Pinezići on the island of Krk, 600 meters from the sea and the beach, is this newly built luxury stone villa. The villa has 5 stars, 195 m2 and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and toilets.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine), room and bathroom. From the living room you can access the covered terrace with seating and barbecue facilities. Next to the terrace there is a pool of 40 m2 with sun terrace and eight deck chairs where you can enjoy with family and friends.
On the floor of the villa are three spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with its own private bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofabed so that the house can accommodate up to 10 people. The terrace offers a beautiful sea view, the villa is fully air conditioned (all rooms) and has free wi-fi.
The closest restaurant and shop is 200 meters away, and the beautiful beach (with restaurant and café) is 600 meters (8 minutes on foot).
The villa also has a gym.
