The place was very modern and the rooms very European design. Nothing super fancy but not dirty or bad in any way. The staff was exceptional at all times and everything is laid out great

Great hotel

This is the first time I'm staying at citizenM and I must say what an experience it was. From checking in to asking if I can have a late check out. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Bed was big and I was happy rolling in it. Shower was best ( I can hv disco light..😉) Its just a walk away from food and shopping area. Would definitely returned. Thank you

Hotel is just next to Night market which makes it very easy to look for food in the evening. Everything is controlled using iPad in the room including TV, blinds and lighting. Big Shopping mall Mitsui Lalaport mall is 15mins walk from hotel. However be careful of traffic there as roads are busy.

Overall ok. 1 star for the member of staff at check in . Rude , not even a hello , smile , unhelpful & we felt we were disturbing him ! But next day day staff & until end of stay very polite & helpful. Hotel basic amenities.. not even a glass or kettle in room Fancy light options using iPad but not useful & would prefer a kettle & some snacks /drinks instead Breakfast average Bed accessible only from one side. Quite inconvenient Would Not recommend for long stay.

Location is awesome! The famous Jalan Alor food street is just a couple-of-minute walk away and everything in Bukit Bintang area is walkable, yet the area around the hotel is not busy. I loved the convenience and how clean, comfortable, and modern the hotel was. Food was pretty good and cheap, staff was friendly and very helpful, and the room was pretty and cosy. This accommodation is definitely good value for money!
