Pros: The location is excellent, being right across a side street from Avenue K shopping centre, under which there is the KLCC subway station. The room is generously sized. Cons: The bathroom was in poor repair, with leaky plumbing somewhere near the basin and there was always a puddle or two on the floor. Housekeeping was a total joke, sometimes doing just half the job, not cleaning the hand basin but making the bed, or replenishing the toiletries but not replacing used towels I intentionally left on the floor of the shower. Nasty discoveries under the beds, too. The concierge received mail items on my behalf, which I told the front desk on arrival that I would be expecting, but never notified me to collect; it was just as well I went and chased it up a day after it was delivered because the matter was becoming urgent. Also, there's a 7-day durian stall/outlet right outside the glass doors of the front entrance, so be prepared to be hit with the smell every time you step out of the building.

It was only adequate (you get what you paid for I guess) Bath towels were VERY worn Bathroom shower floor area needs a good cleaning. Very noisy, you can hear from next room. Whats good is the location, right in the heart of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Best location you can have in KL!! You only have to cross the street and you're right in front of the towers! Also 3 huge malls are next to it so you have all the shops, restaurants near you. Minus is you only get 1 towel per person, so no hand towel, no face towel. Bathroom lighting is dark and they have some old weird tiles that I am not sure how clean they are due to poor lighting and tile design. Breakfast is really bad, they have cooked eggs sitting for hours as breakfast is always empty so they don't have a lot of customers. Cleanliness of breakfast facility is bad! Majority options are asian and also look weird like they have been reheated for days. Coffee is horrible, watered down and also reheated from before for sure as you can taste how it burned way too many times.
