The hotel building and facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of varieties. Make sure you ask for a room with window view of the theme park. The view of the lights of the theme park and people playing in the theme park is gorgeous. There's the new big mall Central icity just 3 mins walking distance from the hotel. I LOVE this mall, it has everything you would need or want to buy. The mall is also very spacious, lots of shops and dining areas, and very clean as well. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I love the experience.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The WhatsApp message contact was really handy and I was able to message requests easily. They were all taken care of, including printing a document. The location, facilities and room were also excellent. A great place to stay.

Great place but don’t expect much to chill out

Location is good due to close proximity to mall and airport. Shopping and F&B at mall needs to improve with better quality food and better shopping experience . To give you an idea Setia city mall is much better . Night surrounding can be boring otherwise generally satisfactory .

Property is new and clean but can be better (spotted a stain on the sink and it is still there after house keeping, guess all hotels nowadays do not do a thorough clean anymore) Water pressure in the shower is very bad, usual 15 mins bath time would probably takes 30 mins.
