Property is perfectly located and within easy walking distance of the Petronas Towers and local shopping areas. Rooms can be quite noisy, due to the road traffic but for a weekend it fits the requirements.

Very nice service and good communication from the stuff, place was close to famous tourist areas, the suit was very noisy, you could hear the elevator sound 24/7 the windows were not well isolated so you could hear the traffic all the time despite we were on the 19th floor, all the appliances ( A/C, washing machine, funs and microwave) was making too much noise while in use, this place needs lots of improvement to make it comfortable to stay.

Great area to stay in especially within walking distance to major attractions like the Petronas Towers. Can be a bit hectic when its busy to get cabs. The property itself was decent and the communication was great however there was a few minor issues. The biggest one being the mould in the bathroom ceiling and having 2 doors between the rooms. The lifts can be confusing as you need to press twice to go to the floor we had to go to. Access to the Suria Shopping Centre was relatively close so not many issues for shopping or food. Overall decent stay with few areas to improve.

The property was very good , comfortable, services was fast , communication is fast also. Near all services, Masjed (Mosque) is near too. Just there was a smell in the bathroom, I guess the fan not working.

The place is neat and very comfortable. Walkable to Petronas Twin Towers and KL Towers. It is also close to some of the food chains so you’ll never get hungry. One of the best is the water from the faucet is very strong. We together with my family loved this place very much. It’s just that we had to stay a short period of time in KL from SG. Mohammad Sobuj who assisted us was also very accomodating and all the other staffs are very nice. This place is recommended for a family or group tour.

I was expecting more since the reviews were good. Unfortunately, my family and I were not impressed by the standard of the room. It’s too basic when it’s not a hostel. Not a single tissue box, no basic coffee/tea set. The 2nd bedroom is so bare, not even a single wall frame & no closet, no wall hook to hang clothes. The bathroom also has no hooks. And you have to pay to use the gym and pool. The only positive aspects of the accommodation is the availability of Netflix and the quick service of the staff who handles our check in.
