First time in KL with family. We came to the apartment. A guy called Gutam came out and took 2 luggage and said rest of the luggage for us to take. Which we did. He took us to the reception for the apartment we were staying. Gutum took us to our apartment and said if we needed anything to call him or text him. He said his available 24/7 if we needed anything but that was not true. He was not available 24/7 and not availableat all. I text to say how to work the washing machine he didn't respond. I text him for how does the hot water work for tea or coffee, because there was no Kettle. We then had problems with hot water for shower. Text him no answer. Basically the communication was very poor and the air condition in one of the room didn't work and made noise. So the stay wasnt good. I will not be staying at this apartment again. The guy in ground floor called Joe was very helpful. He was better the Gutum.
