The property looked nice when arrived. Sadly we were not able to check in to the property after a long trip and no instructions were provided. They have no office or staff onsite and after inquiring we found you must call them prior to coming, 24 hrs, and they will have something setup for you. After trying to get ahold of for 2 hours and having to find contact information which was not easy we finally got response next day saying waiting for us to check-in. I told them we had booked another place for night due to what I wrote previous. After that on both text and whatsapp the line went dead with no follow-up or any next steps.
We also seen several other parties with same issues and standing around and finally some Chinese folks provided number they found and everyone was not happy.
The fact they stopped talking next day after getting back to me, even after I followed up, shows they are not that great. The rooms might be good but who knows as trying to get checked in was no existent and no staff at all onsite. Chalk it up to lesson learned booking a condo and according to other locals this is very common for the company that runs this. I am sure they did not want to give money back and why they went silent. Given the fact they finally checked in next day mid afternoon is a joke in itself. I still have the conversations screenshot of somebody ever wants to see from Travelocity or Expedia, etc..
