The house is situated on the promenade in the car-free center of Kühlungsborn East right at the pier. Nearby you can reach the various restaurants and shops and the port on foot. The 3-room apartment first 07 lies in the west side of the house, overlooking the Baltic Sea. On the ensuing balcony you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The apartment offers a high degree of comfort and functionality for the discerning guest in the category of four stars, including underground parking.
