The high-quality, family-friendly 53-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment in the Dünenschloss vacation complex in Kühlungsborn, located in Building 2, unit kbds2-16, with a south-facing balcony, accommodates up to 4 people. The vacation apartment offers you an exceptionally cozy and modern living environment for a wonderful vacation on the Baltic Sea.

The location
The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment complex, in Building 2, and faces south.

Amenities
Special attention was paid to high-quality furnishings in this vacation rental (e.g., natural stone flooring, WMF kitchenware, a handcrafted dining table, and much more). This tastefully decorated apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed—a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a balcony facing south to catch the sun. The fully equipped open-concept kitchen features a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.
Children are welcome. Wooden toys, a wooden train set with tracks, art and craft supplies, games, and children’s tableware are provided. A crib can be set up for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The apartment has a mini-safe.

Special Features
The resort features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

In addition, a free parking space is available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible paid charging station for electric cars; it can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.
