You live in a comfortable 2-room apartment of about 74 square meters, which is located on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with kitchenette (stove with oven, dishwasher), double bed, stereo and TV. From the living room, you enter the terrace to the north, where you can end the day with a glass of wine. A bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet and the guest toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial supply. A parking space available. Arrive and feel good !!! 

The lovingly restored in Art Nouveau style "Villa Waldburg" is located in a unique location directly on the Ostseeallee with the city forest in the back and just a few steps from the fine sandy beach and the promenade and a beach playground. Not far from the Art Nouveau villa you will find restaurants, bars and cafés. The center of the district West with its boutiques, shops for everyday needs, cafes and the concert garden is about 5 minutes walk away.   Our guests can use the bicycle storage room.
