Not quite boutique but in the ball park. Staff and facilities good and nice and quiet. gardens well maintained as are the pools. Room service was to shelf. Will stay here again.

We have stay in this hotel before and was looking forward to returning. On arrival the rooms we were given was small, smelt, dark. We ask to be move which we did the next day. We with our friends and this is was for both rooms. It did take the shine of the day. The next rooms where better but lack a views for both rooms. but you paid your money take your chance. Other than that the Hotel it self it lovely walking to any pubs, bar, restaurants was very easy. The hotel had a lot of staff and everyone look after you. The pools where great with a swim up to bar plenty of sunbed. The restaurant was great good choices. It was very clean. There was a downside to it not the hotel fault but they are making it more swim friendly so the beach and surround was block of and had diggers which started work from 4pm until 10pm ish. Spoil the view.

Staff and Rooms and the property itself are great . Downfall, is the machinery on the beach , could park it elsewhere , it spoils the view. The BOARDWALK restaurant great meals at good price . But the breakfast needs improvement , not much choice unless you’re Asian , so improve the breakfast for westerners . Cheers !!

Property is nice, breakfast food is lacking of local food and the taste not that great. Staff, are friendly and helpfull. Room were clean but the bathroom has no bidet very disappointing. Area is nice close to the beach within walking distance though there were construction going on when I stayed there, I'm sure it would be great addition once is completed. I love the Bali vibe around the area. This place is good for family vacation.

Would stay again if in Kuta

Older style but well kept and lovely hotel. Large and good position for hustle and bustle of Kuta. Rooms not fancy and modern but they are clean and well kept. Breakfast could be improved with another egg and omelet outlet. Lining up to get an omelet or bacon is not enjoyable. Staff all seemed lovely and remembered names which was surprising with such a large hotel

Property was well situated to the beach and to Kuta. Extremely clean, staff always helpful and happy. Beautiful rooms well serviced. Could improve the breakfast selection. 4 or 5 restaurants and 3 pools. Very good hotel, will be back.
