We really enjoyed our stay

Nice room, good housekeeping, satellite TV.
You can hear in the morning some noise coming from the swimming pool downstairs.
Nice restaurant Bamboo Garden Cafe just 1 min from the hotel with cheap and very good local food.

Lacking basic things
Publié le 7 avr. 2023 sur HotelsNot the best or the worst, the service was lacking a lot, we told them five times that there was no hot water in the room and the didn’t fix it… there was stains on the bedsheets and the cleaning was average.
But the area around the hotel is fine and the price was reasonable.

私の宿泊した部屋には隣の部屋に続くドアがあり、そこから全ての生活音が聞こえてきた。ある程度は気にならないが、深夜2時になっても静かにならないのには正直参った。
更には別の夜には従業員が何かの作業を始め壁を擦る音が深夜まで聞こえてきた為に夜眠れないこともあった。
またその作業途中、禁煙部屋の筈の部屋内で喫煙していた様子で、そのドアからタバコの匂いが漂ってきた。
あまりにも不快な為、ドアの無い部屋に交換して欲しいことを受付に伝えたが、今は空きがないから対応できないと断られた。しかし毎日必ずチェックアウトする客はいる筈だから対応はできた筈だ。せっかくのコロナ明けの久々のバリ島滞在を毎日寝不足で過ごすことになった。
そういう意味では良い点数はつけられない。
