Nice hotel with good value of price

Love the buffet breakfast. The staffs are nice and helpful. We were offered a welcome drink when we arrived. Staffs are friendly and always ready to help. Will come again in the future.

All in all.. it was not too bad!

It was very affordable, nice accommodation. The staff were friendly and more than willing to help. The room service was very prompt and the photo was pretty decent. I don't know if its a normal thing for hotels in Bali? But going by my many other travels to other countries, it was really nice to walk into the room each day to 2 fresh complimentary water bottles. Which you don't get to see in all hotels. I was disappointed as we were expecting a "kids club" as such but it is just a small room with a few very basic toddler toys, so my 5 year old did not use this facility at all, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The biggest disappointment though, was that we stayed 5 nights and it was only on the very last night that they actually changed our bed sheets. Despite coming in every day and making up the room. We realised by the 3rd day that they were just making the bed and not actually changing the sheets. Yes, at home we wouldn't change our sheets everyday although in a hotel for one, and for two the heat and sweat from being in Bali it would have been nice to slip into fresh sheets at the end of each night.

Not to close to the beach..

Hotel was not bad for price, but sheets were not changed while we were there for 9 nights, the fridge was not cold, when they sent the specialist to look at it, we were told that it is a freshner, i then told him that they should not be advertising the hotel with a fridge if it is not really a fridge.

We only stayed one night & did not get a chance to explore the area but it did seem a long way from the beach & from Jalan Legian, which is the main drag in Kuta. The breakfast was not great compared to the ones we had in Ubud or Yogyakarta.

Large Asian style hotel

Wanted somewhere not too far from the Legian/Kuta/Seminiak facilities, with cleanliness, comfort and security - away form the fuss and bother of the hub. It was all that.

Great economic hotel with excellent service!

We booked a deluxe standard room, the room was neat and clean with a mini bar, a small safe. The bed is extremely comfortable and spacious for my partner and I. There is daily routine room service which I find very handy. The breakfast buffet has lots to offer, the pool isn't very busy yet we enjoyed very much. Special mention to the staffs-we checked out on the noon while our flight was in that night. I got very ill that didn't allow us to continue our daily schedule. The staff was very attentive to direct us to pharmacy and allow me to rest there. The hotel locates on main street, lots of restaurants, taxis, and a supermarket within walking distance, yet still be away from the noisy kuta as we wished. We hired a scooter and there is a parking right outside of the hotel. The Legian beach is 10mins away from the hotel.

I really like this hotel, the staff are so friendly and polite even with some of them have limited English, they still try their best to please the customers. What I like most is the comfort and cleanliness of our room and the whole building. Thee bed is so comfy and the linens and towels smells so fresh. The hotel is for green as well "save a tree". The food in the hotel cafeteria is not the best but ok for late night hunger but i rather eat out in a real local resto during the day to have the test of real local food. As a traveler i like to experience local food made in the local eatery. The hotel is close to many stores and eatery but a bit far to nightlife area but so many taxis available but the hotel has a free drop off and pick to the nearby beach with certain time. Overall this hotel is highly recommended by me. This is my first time in BALI so I am somglad that i had a good experienced with this hotel.

Comfortable hotel and value for money

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Hotel is comfortable and clean. We loved the bed very much.Breakfast is adequate. We were indeed very happy that they packed breakfast for us as we have to leave early to airport. They have an egg station inside the kitchen which were unknown by others. Unless you ask the waiters. Counter staff were not really sure of the free shuttle between hotel to Discovery Mall or Beach Walk. Nothing much to see nearby. There was a chinese open air restaurant which we didn't try out. Taxi cost around IDR25,000 from hotel to Discovery mall and IDR40,000 from hotel to airport.

Hotel was very new, clean and stylish. Staffs are all very nice and they were always smiling :). Different selections for breakfast, from continental to balinese. Room is very big and the bed was very comfortable. Pool was very clean.
