The West Wing @ The Kennedy Manor

Welcome to the fun wing!

The West Wing of the Kennedy Manor consists of exclusive use “The Forsythia Room”, “The Wisteria Room”, and the bar/casino/entertainment area (between the hours of 8PM till Midnight), as well as shared use of: the upper passageway (connecting the West Wing with the East Wing); The living room; sun room; the theater and theater lobby (with video arcade and popcorn machine); the gym; and the wine cellar. The rental also includes complete access on the entire property and gardens and includes the use of all the decks, patios and gazebos.

Tastefully appointed, with a queen size bed and luxurious en-suite, The Forsythia room is located in the west wing off the casino area. This huge room has it's own nursery area conveniently located between the bedroom and the en-suite. The room has a massive double door closet, ceiling fan, triple dresser, armoire, and twin nightstands. It comes equipped with it's own refrigerator and safe as well as a reclining massage chair. The room features the art work of renowned artist Michael Cheval, and Rebecca Lardner. While the Disney works of David Willardson anoint the nursery.

Also off the casino area in the west wing, the Wisteria room is tastefully appointed with a king-size bed and separate en-suite. The room has a lighted closet, ceiling fan, triple dresser, armoire, and twin nightstands. It is equipped with it's own refrigerator and safe, a very comfortable reclining chair and large, wall mounted 60” HD-TV (WiFi is available throughout the entire property). the room features the whimsical art work of renowned artist Bernard Louedin, Erte', and Jane Seymour.

The en-suites both have a Jacuzzi baths, with shower, and a double sink vanity.

The massive bar/casino/entertainment area is furnished with pool table, dart board, casino style card tables, slot machines and full size wet bar equipped with dishwasher, two temperature wine cooler, refrigerator and freezer as well as an ice maker. The room also has a wrap around deck with majestic views of the surrounding Lehigh Valley area. The conversation pit in front of the also fireplace serves as a very comfortable bed for a fifth individual, and a half-bath is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

Located ninety minutes from NYC, Philadelphia , Atlantic City and the Baltimore/Washington D.C. Area and located in the heart of Amish country, the massive Kennedy Manor boasts outstanding views, gardens, and outdoor decks that will please even the most discerning travelers.

Situated on 4 acres, the home itself, while very open in design, has been compartmentalized to provide complete privacy for parties of 2-20+ persons (dependent upon your specific needs). Each room maintains complete access to the common areas .

The home houses an excellent art collection of originals and signed limit edition works and sculptures by: Salvador Dali, Pino, Antole Krasnyansky, Nano Lopez, Jane Seymour (Yes! That Jane Seymour), Fanch Ledan, Michael Godard, Itzchak Tarkay, Linda LeKinff, Peter Nixon, Emile Bellet and many other world famous artists.

The attached - yet completely isolated, two bedroom, “Guest House” is normally occupied by the house staff, but can optionally be included. Additionally, the staff can be made available for light housekeeping duties, breakfast, bar tending services as well as dealing in the casino.

The Main House boasts a complete kitchen with two ovens and two sink areas, as well as a formal dining room for 18 persons. An additional dining area in the kitchen can accommodate casual dining for 6-8 persons. Additionally, the pool table has a table top that can be placed,or removed, in minutes, making for a great buffet style setting.

Come and relax after your daily activities and play the grand piano (or let it play by itself for you) located in the sun room or read in the solitude of the many available reading "nooks". With a total of seven fireplaces, even the coldest winter days can be enjoyed in comfort.

The house is be configured to accommodate different size parties concurrently and is perfect for shared vacations or large families. Each bedroom is entirely separated and secured from the others.

There many world-class casinos in the area, and whole Atlantic City experience is only ninety minutes away. A fine public golf course in at the bottom of the hill any many other facilities are very close. Reasonably priced transportation to all the major cities and attractions is available in town.

The house is the perfect 'jumping off point' to explore the Northeast United States, and in fact, Niagara Falls and the Canada border are only a short drive away.
