The hotel is in a very convenient location if you are using the trains or subways regularly. We also felt that it was within walking distance of a lot of food and the Gion area. Breakfast was convenient but if I were to come again I would skip it. Last but certainly not least the beds and pillows were AMAZING!!!

Rooms were very comfortable. Location near Kyoto train station made it easily accessible.In house premises restaurant for breakfast offered great selections. The only thing I found unusual was a step up into the bathroom & shower area. I would definitely make it my first choice should ever I return to visit Kyoto.

Check-in process is kinda painful. The reception staff insists us to use the check-in machine. Can't understand why they are making simple procedure more complicated. Otherwise, everything else is perfect. King size bed is a rare find in Japan, room is clean and nice. Property is very new. Location is pefect around Kyoto Station.

Place was close to everything. Perfect place to stay if kyoto is your home base while in Japan. Staff was incredibly helpful and place was very well maintained.

The rooms were soooo small, struggled to get our luggae bags under the bed. Smallest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was really hot and muggy too. This is a hotel you choose if you stay out all day and go back just to sleep
