Overall it is a great hotel that near transport. Only issue I have is the hotel did not check the in-room safe is working until I advise them. After they replaced the safe, it malfunctioned again with my valuables stuck in the safe. It would be terrible experience if I did not check the safe the prior night. I may have missed the upcoming train the next morning.

Stay was good. Area wise it is very close to Kyoto station which makes it very convenient. It also has lot of restaurants and shopping options around hotel. Breakfast in hotel was average.

Awesome location and nice hotel
This is my second time staying in this hotel . Love the location . Kyoto station is directly opposite the hotel . Airport bus limousine bus stop is in front of the hotel .Don Quijote is next to the hotel . Room is clean and comfortable .
