This beautiful hotel is in a nice area just over the bridge from all the Kyoto action streets. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. The location is near a subway station and across the bridge from all the action and 20 minutes from Nishiki Market. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and conscientious about our stay and if we needed anything. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Kyoto.

Nice quiet spot off the main road in Sanjo. Very close to Gion for nice night walks. Really close to the station to go to Fushimi Inari, etc. Staff was very helpful during check in but also helped us ship our bags. Three of us stayed in the premium triple room, and it was more spacious than I had anticipated! Very comfortable and quiet stay and was able to do laundry as well. For the location and comfort I would definitely stay again.

he room was spacious by Japan standards, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is in a quiet location, making it really peaceful to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was okay, nothing standout, but it was convenient that it was included. Overall, a good stay, just not anything particularly special or memorable.

Stayed for four night, family of three. Location is great, hotel was clean, employees were helpful, rooms are compact, breakfast was great. My only suggestion is to have non-dairy milk options (soy) for breakfast and replace disposable drink cups with glass. Overall, would recommend the hotel!
