Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

non existent hotel

went to the property and no one opened the door and no one picked up the phone call. it was miserable going to the location with a lot of baggage and family and to find that it was not open. had to check in to another hotel at a much higher last min price.
