Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Room is comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast with variety of choices and freshness. The location is well situated near the west exit of JR west station. It makes shopping, dinning and traveling to other attraction very easy.

Easy accessible to the Kyoto station. Very clean room. We sked 2nd pillows and they brought them right away when I requested by the app. Very quiet considering it starteds next to the train station. We most appreciate the location that made us avoid carrying our suitcases around the crowded city.
