The Nohga Concierage team were excellent. Kamada and Rinpei were exceptional. Front desk: We were told that we will receive a room upgarde but unfortunately that didn't not happened. Breakfast was fresh with great verity of food.

Lovely hotel - feels like a treat to stay there. Roof top is a little over priced but goes with the high end feel. Staff were excellent. Bakery is such a great add on. Superb location.

Nogha was beautiful from the moment you walk into the lobby. The food and coffee at the bakery was superb and the atmosphere on the rooftop bar made for an unforgettable dinner. The room was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. Can recommend the in room massage too. All round 5 star stay in Kyoto.
