We didn’t try to pool. The room temperature was comfortable. The staff provided extra soft pillows upon request. The property was beautiful. The room was spacious and well appointed . We liked the pjs provided so much, that we purchased 2 pair to take home ! One minor complaint/ disappointment, I prefer the toilet in a separate area than the bath/shower. The lack of separation can delay two people preparing to go out for the day. The area is convenient …not in the thick of things , crowds, noise etc, but close enough to walk to the river area. We would stay here again.
Clean room, amenities were great, and the staff were very professional.

Loved this place. Such a pretty entrance and the room was as amazing as the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.
Very clean and lovely room with loungewear and socks for guests, making it so easy to enjoy the lounge and public bath amenity in the basement floor! Convenient for trains with Kyoto station in walkable distance and a really lovely entrance and decor. A great choice for anyone who wants to truly experience Japanese culture!
The Blossom Kyoto exceeded our expectations and some! It was a beautiful place to stay and all the staff were so lovely. The room itself was spotless and spacious enough for 3 of us. The thoughtful amenities such as a charger and the bathroom supplies made our stay easy. We loved the onsen experience and the cappucino in the lounge was delicious. We could not recommend this place more highly.

This is s truly great spot, the rooms are excellent - the shower is a thing to behold after a long day of walking. My only real critisim is the Onsen. Many traditional onsens are no tattoos due ot lonks to the yakiniku. Which i tottally get.
Welcome at check-in was very nice, and the staff were very attentive and help through our stay.
The breakfast was excellent, w a ithwide range of options.
The guest lounge was a nice space to relax outside of the room.
The hotel was beautiful. It was in a great location, walking distance to all major locations and train stations! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious! It was also very very clean which we loved! The snack area for guests in the basement wloorwas also a great touch! We didn't get to eat at the restaurant located inside the hotel but it seemed busy and always smelled like amazing food!
We stayed in the Premier Twin room and really enjoyed it. The cast iron bath was unusual and a little cramped but a very novel experience. The coffee station was really unique and some of the best coffee we’ve drunk in Japan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
