This is our second time staying at the property. Loved the location to everything, staff are friendly and greet you, breakfast is fantastic, and the room is comfortable for us. We only bring carry on bags when we travel so for some the rooms might be small depending on what they reserved. Love the amenities that they offer as well. Access to transportation nearby, and the area is highly walkable. We will be back. We enjoyed our stay.

The room itself was small but clean. It is in a great location near shopping and dining options. The bakery next door was amazing and there is a convenience store across the street. It is in a walkable area. Close to a subway station and bus stop. The staff was very nice and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout

The location is in the perfect. Close to all of the dining and shopping of Kawaramachi. Transport is easily accessible to many locations and walking distance to a lot of attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

THIS HOTEL LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!!! Do not stay here if you want to have a nice visit in Kyoto. I would only ever imagine saying here for business, but if you want to enjoy Kyoto, DO NOT STAY HERE.
