Cozy and modern holiday accommodation for 6 people. Large and lovely living room with open floorplan with the kitchen. Fireplace and TV to cozy up in front of when it's a little cooler outside. Large and fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs are 3 of the bedrooms. One with a double bed and two each with a single bed. Up here is also a small toilet. In the annex you will find another double bed. Large and lovely garden with both dining area and lounge area. Grill is also available.
To see and do in Klövedal and the surrounding area
The villa is located on the northwest side of Tjörn. Just over 100 meters to salty swimming and exciting fishing excursions. Kyrkesund, Skärhamn and Rönnäng are several of the island's towns that are all worth a visit. From Rönnäng's jetty, the archipelago boats depart for Tjörnekalv, Åstol and Dyrön with unforgettable day trips in a very beautiful marine environment.
• A deposit of 2000 SEK will be charged to your card on the day of arrival and will be refunded 7 days after departure, provided that the house is cleaned upon departure.
• Bed linen and towels are not available in the house - please bring your own.
• Final cleaning is optional and costs 2500 SEK/stay.
• Electricity is included in the price.
• Pets are not allowed in the house.
• NO SMOKING!!
• NO YOUTH GROUPS!!
