Villa Xelin is a spacious vacation rental spread across 3 levels, offering approximately 150 square metres of living space and accommodating a maximum of 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property comprises 8 rooms in total, each thoughtfully furnished for comfort and relaxation.

On the main level, the villa features a welcoming dining room complete with a dining table, ideal for shared meals. This floor includes 2 rooms, each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm, as well as 1 room with a french bed of 180 cm, which benefits from its own private shower and WC. A fully equipped kitchen on this level features an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate bath with bidet and WC completes the facilities on this floor. Direct access to a terrace is available from the dining area.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds of 90 cm and 1 room with a french bed of 135 cm. This level also includes a combined kitchen and living room with an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and WC.

The upper floor features a walk-through room and 1 further bedroom with a french bed of 135 cm, along with direct access to a private terrace.
