Maison perales

Très belle maison, magnifique piscine. Point faible, on ne peut rien faire à pied. La ville est à 3 km. Il n’y a rien autour. Manque la climatisation. Et la nuit il y a trop de chien qui aboient. Dommage car la maison est grande et bien équipée.

Reserva y recogida de llaves

Viajamos con una persona en silla de ruedas. Antes de hacer la reserva llamamos para saber si habian muchas escaleras para llegar al dormitorio de la primera planta y se nos dijo que solo habian dos. NO se nos informo de los 10 escalones para acceder a la casa. La persona en silla de ruedas se sintio muy mal. La recogida de llaves tambien fue mal. Habian solo 3 personas delante nuestro y esperamos 1 hora para recoger las llaves, a las 14:00 en pleno sol. La casa y el resto del servicio OK

Superbe villa

Très belle villa à la déco moderne et très bien équipée. Au calme. Nous avons vraiment passé 13 jours excellents. La piscine est grande et entretenue 2 fois par semaine. 2 petites plages à 150m de la maison et une plus grande à 10 mn à pieds. Contrairement à certains avis que nous avions lus, nous n'avons jamais entendu de train la nuit... Je recommande à toute personne qui hésite, elle ne regrettera pas. Pour info nous étions 2 familles avec 4 enfants de 22, 19, 16 et 13 ans.

Points positifs : Villa très agréable, très proche de la mer (moins de 200 mètres) Quartier résidentiel calme, on entend le train mais rien de désagréable (peu de trains à passer et pas la nuit) Piscine à 29°, lits confortables. Terrain de pétanque au top. Points négatifs : Ménage pas nickel surtout en dessous des lits. Toujours de l'attente pour récupérer les clefs pour notre cas 1 heure (nous sommes arrivés à 15h30 une bonne dizaine de personne attendez devant nous alors que l'agence ouvrait à 16H. Nous sommes habitués avec INTERHOME.

La location correspondait à nos attentes hormis la voie ferrée à proximité et un certain nombre de trains jour et nuit. De plus nous sommes présentés comme convenu à 16 heures dans une petite agence pleine de monde, une seule personne à l'accueil qui ne parle pas français et une attente de plus d'une heure Ce sont les désagréments que nous tenions à vous signaler
