Layout as follows: in the main building, a bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen. Then 1 bedroom with independent bathroom with private entrance from the terrace. Finally a 25 mq studio including a double sofa bed, kitchen area, shower wc, with independent entrance. view on garden and swimming pool. The owner occupies the terraced house.
