This T2 of 36 m² opens onto a living area with its kitchenette, where you will find an induction hob, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

The TV lounge, with the appearance of a cruise ship bridge, will allow you to relax in front of a good film or get excited about sporting events. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 people.

In the lounge loggia, a dining room awaits you for convivial meals. You will also find a second sofa there.
