Excellent property located 1 mile from downtown La Fortuna, the house is a great option for families traveling together, friends and couples. There is 5 bedrooms with A/C, also a central unit located in the living room and kitchen area will keep you fresh and cool after the daily adventures and 3.5 bathrooms. Besides the swimming pool area surrounded by beautiful gardens with tropical flowers, great view of the Arenal Volcano from the house.

A large house located just 2 minutes away from town (Driving), located in a very secluded, private and secure neighborhood; where you can relax and enjoy the comfort that all areas of the house give you. There are 5 rooms so is an excellent option for family meetings or friends meeting, even we can a plan an event in the open areas. You will have everything you want taking this property for you next Costa Rica vacation.

Bedroom distribution:
Room 1: King sized bed, bunk bed single (2 single beds) and full bathroom.
Room 2: Double bed, single bed, bunk bed single (2 single beds) and full bathroom.
Room 3: Double bed and single bed
Room 4: Double bed and single bed
Room 5: Bunk bed - Two single beds
***Room 3, 4 and 5 are in the second floor and share 1 full bathroom.

***Maximum people staying in the house is 17, however the base rate per night is for 10 people, each additional person will have an extra cost of US$25 per person per night so please add the total of people staying to get the correct amount to pay.

Option 1: Guiselle Homemade Cook, Guiselle's little restaurant is just 30 seconds walk from the house in the same property; she has a little restaurant where she serves different local dishes, you can order different dishes or just one for everyone. Once you confirm your reservation you will get the information about this service and the Menu.

Hi my name is Sergio Brenes I’m a chef with over 15 years of experience. I fell in love with cooking thanks to my grandma. I started Nativo Chef 2 years ago so you can enjoy local quality food from your Airbnb.

Breakfast includes coffee, orange juice and fresh fruit from $35. Lunch and dinner are both 3 courses with a cocktail included from $80. We have kids, veggie and gluten free options.

We also have a bartender service, cocktail classes and cooking classes. We’re happy to work on special menus for you.
