It was a beautuful resort. We did find a coxk roach in our room the first night and i am actually allergic to them. Room smelled funny. Restaurant was good then just skimped on cwrtain foods like bread.

Our family stay at Los Lagos was great. Our room had a great view and the pools were great. The waterslides were super fun for the whole family. The breakfast was fantastic and convenient every morning. The pizza from the pool bar was delicious. The zip line right on the property was super fun and the guys were super safe and kind. The property was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

We loved that it was easy to get to and all encompassing, we didn't need to leave the resort. The only recommendation we have is that the rooms should be dehumidified, we had constant damp conditions inside our room.

Beautiful property with a great breakfast and prime location. The only small negative is the resort allows kids everywhere, it would be nice if the swim up bar or one of the hot pools was adults only.

Amazing hotel with Arenal Volcano views. It's a very big resort and our rooms was very far away but the resort offers transportation to and from our room. The room was big and spacious. Food was great at the restaurant, at the bar and also for breakfast. Thermal pools were amazing and relaxing. The only issue we had was that they don't offer transportation to the volcano viewpoint or to the lake. So we walked up, 2 miles uphill to the viewpoint, and let me tell you that my chest started to hurt and I got really scarred. I do not recommend this hike. We paid good money for this resort and this should be included. Aside from this upsetting issue everything else was great.

We stayed here as a family of five (with kids aged 13, 8, and 5), and it was a great experience. There were different pools for the kids to enjoy, and the hot springs were perfect for the cooler nights. Our room was extremely spacious and conveniently located near both the pools and the restaurant. The daily breakfast was delicious and a highlight of our mornings. We rented a car and drove up to a beautiful viewing point located high above the resort—definitely worth it for the views. We would absolutely stay here again!

Facilities were nice. Love the pool bar and many hot spring pools and different temps. Breakfast buffet was good. Bar food was not good. Didn’t eat lunch or dinner in the main restaurant so can’t speak on how they are. Price point is great for the property and value you receive

The hot springs polls were fantastic. Well-maintained, clean, with a variety of temperatures and features. My family and I really enjoyed our time. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything was in working order. I would prefer blackout curtains though because the sun was up before 6am.
