Completely renovated by an architect, it is divided into two independent gîtes that can be connected by a soundproofed double door. Secure private parking is available on the property.
A south-facing wooden terrace overlooks a 330 m² enclosed garden, shared by both gîtes. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located in an outbuilding.
Ground floor: living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and separate WC.
Upstairs: one bedroom (one 160x200 cm bed and one 90x200 cm bed) and one shower room/WC.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, freezer, cot/high chair.
Included: electricity, underfloor heating (air source heat pump), bed linen (beds made), and towels. Not included: tourist tax, end-of-stay cleaning (€90/stay).
Numerous hiking trails nearby.
