The House was the perfect layout for our family. You could not ask for easier proximity to beach and the views from your own kitchen and living room was incredibly beautiful at dusk and sunset. The most important and impressive aspect was the communication between myself and the property management. They were quick to respond, caring, and genuine people who cared about our experience and stay in La Jolla. We will 100% be returning again for spring break next year with our sand castle building loving son!

Perfect place to stay!
We loved our time at this house! It is in an amazing location - a short easy walk to the beach, easy walk to town, beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking out at the neighborhood and the ocean. The interior courtyard was perfect for hanging out together and being outside! We enjoyed the hot tub each night after exploring San Diego and La Jolla. The kitchen and living room layout are just perfect and so pretty! The check in process was so easy, attentive, and very welcoming. Mack was so sweet to meet us on site and show us around! This house is really beautiful and was great for our family. We hope to stay here again! Couple things to note (definitely not deal breakers): 1. The Master bedroom on the first floor right off the living room does not have any doors to the bathroom or in the bathroom so you have to close and lock the bedroom door to have bathroom privacy. 2. The beautiful third floor room with balcony does not have a bedroom door (it's the only room on that floor) so there is not a sound barrier or privacy if someone comes up the stairs. Also, there are not any AC vents (that we could find) on the third floor. We had to go buy some box fans to circulate some cool air from downstairs but it was still a beautiful room with an amazing view and we would stay here again. Truly a great property in a great location!
