You see the magnificent blue ocean no matter where you turn in the backyard. Lounge seating around the pool is perfect for enjoying the San Diego sun. As the sun goes down, you can watch the surfers at the surf break right off the cliff. A BBQ and outdoor dining furniture help make this backyard the epitome of southern California outdoor living! An additional full bathroom is outdoors by the pool for added convenience.

The gorgeous ocean floods your vision from the moment you step inside the house. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite you in and provide a fantastic amount of natural light. The skylights give you the illusion that you are already outside as you step through the door. Kick your feet up and relax in the multiple living and seating areas downstairs. Modern and comfortable couches and chairs make the living room a cozy place to enjoy your company. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is open to the main living and dining areas. Enjoy the ocean breezes and beautiful views as you cook a meal for your family and friends! With the ocean as your backdrop, you can comfortably seat up to 20 people. A 60-inch TV above the tables will add a little entertainment to the meal!

The primary bedroom upstairs has floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a balcony overlooking the ocean. Wake up to the smell of the sea while you drink your morning coffee and enjoy the 70-inch TV, a seating area facing the view, and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub.

There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, 5 bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom below the pool area that doubles as a game room.

The main floor shared bathroom has recently been redone with a walk-in shower. The ocean front queen bathroom has also been redone with a walk-in shower for easy access.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

No smoking in any form is allowed on site.
