This cozy 400 square foot pet friendly beach cottage is located just 2.5 blocks from the world famous Windansea Beach and walking distance to coffee shops, local restaurants and shops, and parks. Interior features of this comfortable cottage rental include:

- Luxury King Bed with memory foam and luxury linens
- 4-person dining table
- Air Conditioning, Heater (Split unit), and ceiling fan
- LCD TV w/DVD player, Cable, and WIFI
In addition, there is also a 250 square foot private patio perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm La Jolla summer afternoons. The patio comes equipped with a gas grill, full size patio heater, and outdoor furniture with comfortable seating for 4 and an outdoor table.
To ensure that you enjoy your vacation experience, we also provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and umbrellas.

This unit allows two pets with a weight limit of 35 lbs or less, no pet is allowed without approval from management - there is a pet fee of $40/Night for anyone bringing a pet.

Beach getaway vacay
This cottage is in a delightful, quiet neighborhood with ocean view from the street. The cottage is cozy but included everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property is on the property with a main house but was quiet and secure. The bathroom was small but comfortable for one person at a time and the kitchen would benefit from a cooktop. Instead a fancy air fryer unit was available. The king size bed was very comfortable. I would happily secure this unit again for a future stay but it is best suited for 1-2 guests rather than More guests. Well appointed studio property.

The owners are amazing! They were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. They shared the best places to visit, offered to use their bikes to explore the neighborhood…even printed documents for us when we asked for help! The property is clean, well-equipped, private! We enjoyed grilling on the charming backyard. The place has comfortable mattress. We are grateful for the wonderful experience and hospitality! Highly recommend…and we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this surprising secluded hideaway in the midst of a quaint neighborhood about 5 blocks from the Windandsea Beach. Also a lovely park with a great walking path is in the other direction. The property staff were responsive to correcting a couple of things weren't quite right in the beginning. The kitchenette is well appointed to cover any cooking needs. The shower is a bit of a downside it you are over 5'6" and has a fine spray. The stone tile floor has some wear chips. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. This is truly a beach cottage with the patio as part of the living space. If you're looking for luxury this is not the place for you but if you want a quaint place close to the beach, parks and walkable to restaurants and sites, it is ideal. We would definitely stay again.
