Solar electricity + heating by wood stove. Terrace + sloping closed ground. Thermes la Léchère 15km. Swimming pool 16km, Body of water 26km. Tarred road to the chalet (+30m of dirt road on foot). Traditional 19th century sheepfold renovated in the middle of nature in the heart of a beautiful clearing on the edge of meadows and forests. Coteau is exposed. Absolute calm. Very good comfort.
