THIS SPECTACULAR VILLA has a spacious and beautifully decorated efficiency studio apartment on the second floor at $1900 usd/month, $650/usd/week and $95usd/day
2 NIGHTS MINIMUM queen bed and extra sleeping area, private terrace with great ocean views. Renting from mid November to May 31st. We overlook a small cultural community specializing in the arts, on the Tenacatita Bay in the Pacific Ocean. Only a few minutes walk down to the town center which features many shops and an artisans market on Fridays, and the beach, said to be the safest for swimming on the Costalegre.

La Manzanilla
Great location, spectacular view! The owner was delightful and helpful. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The pool was well maintained. I didn't miss the TV but the property manager didn't show up to show me how it worked. He told me there would be someone there to greet me when I arrived, but there was no one.
