This custom, single story home encompasses over 4,300 square feet of comfort with 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, a bonus room/office (can be used as a private 6th bedroom), and views from every room.

Please note before booking:
This is not a party house. Our home is tucked away in a quiet residential area, and is not suitable for parties, large gatherings or loud outdoor music. We kindly ask that you do not exceed the maximum guest occupancy, and respect our home and neighbors by adhering to designated quiet times (10:00pm – 8:00am).

There is a pool heating fee if you elect to heat pool and vary seasonally. Please contact us for a pool heating quote.

We have chickens and two small goats that reside on the property. During the day, they free range in a fully fenced coral. At night, the chickens return to their coop and the goats have their own shelter. The chickens will lay 3-5 fresh eggs in the nesting box between the coop and shed. You are welcomed to collect eggs from the nesting box outside the coop. The animals are very social and enjoy interacting but please do not let them out of the coral. Food and water is automated but someone will be coming by to check on animals every 2-3 days.
