Appartement neuf et accueillant dans une résidence élégante et privée avec grande piscine d'eau de mer, à quelques pas de la mer et à quelques minutes du centre ; dans le quartier le plus recherché de Corralejo.
Il y a un parking à l'extérieur de la propriété et il y a également un supermarché à 100 mètres. Le centre commercial El Campanario se trouve à 300 mètres.
L'appartement est situé dans une excellente position au sein de la structure avec vue sur la piscine depuis toutes les pièces, y compris la terrasse équipée de table, chaises et parasol.
Il est très lumineux, soigné dans les détails, avec un mobilier raffiné et équipé de tout le confort : TV LCD, DVD, TV satellite, Internet haut débit gratuit.
La cuisine est indépendante et bien équipée (réfrigérateur avec congélateur, plaque vitrocéramique 4 feux, four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge).
Depuis le salon, on accède directement à la terrasse couverte, avec un canapé-lit qui fait office de deuxième chambre, puis on arrive à la terrasse ouverte où il est possible de prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner, en toute intimité.
Une chambre double, une salle de bain avec fenêtre et douche d'hydromassage.
L'appartement est situé dans un contexte extrêmement agréable et relaxant, idéal pour ceux qui recherchent tranquillité et intimité à seulement 20 mètres de la mer.

Lovely apartment close to beautiful beaches

The apartment is perfect! Spotlessly clean; well appointed and tastefully decorated. Short walk to beautiful beaches and lovely beach restaurants. Easy walk into resort centre for loads more bars and restaurants. The Dunes are also easily reached on foot and are spectacular!

Great location

The property is set on a very large complex but is really quiet.Pool is salt water, which suited us, sunbrellos are free to use.Apartment is clean and well looked after, everything you need if you want a meal in.Close to the beach, if you want the town, then not far to walk or catch a taxi, perfect retreat.Lucia, the house manager was great, even there at 23.30 when we had a nightmare getting through passport control, definitely stay again.

Great Apartment

We had a fabulous holiday. We stayed here for 5 weeks. Apartment was spotless when we arrived had everything that we needed and I couldn't fault anything. It is the best equipped apartment I have ever stayed at. Yes you don't get sun in late afternoon or evening but the fabulous pool does as does the beach across the road. you do get the sun early morning and early afternoon. Walk into town didn't take long and shorter walk by beach with bars to stop off and have refreshments. Thank you Loris for having us. .

An apartment that ticked all the boxes for us!

Lovely quiet residential location not far from restaurants, bars and supermarket all within walking distance. The local beach is only a few minutes walk away. The beautiful sandy 'dunas' beaches are also nearby which we did walk to but we are keen walkers! The apartment is well kept and overlooks the fab pool - which is well maintained, plenty of sun beds and brollies. Apartment has a very comfortable bed, plenty of seating in the sitting rooms, kitchen has all that is needed with a dining area, bathroom well appointed. The outside patio has sunbeds. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning, it has very sunny aspect and is very sheltered. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be able to return.

Great apartment

The complex is very clean and quiet also very handily placed for the beaches (5 mins) , a shopping centre with an excellent supermarket, bars, cafes and shops is again only a 5 min walk away just past the bus station. To reach the main strip its about a 15 min walk whether you go on the top rd (top of strip), or the Av Grandes Playa (200/300 mtrs from top) or for further down or the Old Town harbour area again 15-20 min on the beach. As for the apt its furnished and equipped to a very high standard, spotlessly clean and very very comfortable. The outside terrace gets the sun from early morning until early aft and theres plenty of space to chill out.

Relax

This has been one of the most relaxing weeks vacation that we have had in a very long time. Everything flowed from the flight out to being greeted by Mrs Morgana. Hand over was easy . It's a very good size apartment (note steps up to the property are steep). It was clean and tidy. The pool is just a few steps away. The neighbours Ken and his wife are friendly and helpful. Mrs Morgana used text to keep in touch just to make sure we were happy with everything. The beach is close by, we walked into town a few times lots of shopping there also local market in the nearby Commercial Centre. Plenty of bars cafes and restaurants about too.

Quiet place

The property is very clean and very well furnished with lots of space. The bed wasT comfortable although the mattress was too small for the bed frame. The shower was very good. The location is very quiet which was ideal but it is an easy stroll into the main strip or stroll along the beach into town, beach is 2 mins from the property.There is a very nice pool with plenty room around it although too cold for us but there were some hardy souls using it.The tv has channels from all over Europe if you need to catch up.The only downside for us was the outside space was not ideal, small terrace looking directly onto adjoining buildings, not a great place to sit and no sun loungers. We had an issue with a broken parasol and the safe key did not fit the safe lock. The agent Morgana eventually turned up after failing to twice but nothing was done to resolve the issues in the 4 weeks we were there.

Un superbe appartement neuf à 50 m de la plage !

Un superbe appartement pour notre séjour à Fuerteventura. L'appartement est tout neuf, près de la plage à 50 m et se trouve dans un quartier calme ce qui est fort appréciable, à 15 minutes de marche du centre ville, l'appartement était pour nous idéal! Très bien équipé ! Les gérants de l'appartement sont très sympathiques et donnent beaucoup de renseignements sur la région. C'était notre deuxième fois à Fuertevenura, nous reviendrons très prochainement !

Really comfortable nice little apartment about 10 minutes walk to the main part of Corralejo. very clean, well maintained really was home from home. lovely large pool with sunbeds, Good speed Wi-Fi but by far the best thing about are stay was Lucia she looked after us during are stay and made sure everything was spot on,. I would definitely stay here again.

Hallo aus Hamburg !Wir waren 43 Tage in dieser Wohnung.Alles, wirklich alles war wie beschrieben und wir waren sehr zufrieden.Die Übernahme zu Beginn war terminlich per WhatsApp abgesprochen und klappte hervorragend. Persönlich finde ich besser, wie ein Schlüsselkasten !Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig (Obergeschoß) in guter Lage. ca. 200 Meter bis zum Wasser ! Wenn Du ein Problem hast, schreibst Du die Vermieterin an und einen Tag später ist alles geregelt - Das ist nicht so häufig und ist erwähnenswert.Wir haben schon vor diesem Urlaub für 2027 wieder gebucht, weil ich mich auf die Aussagen verließ - Das war gut so und wir kommen gerne wieder !!!Lori vielen Dank

Schönes Appartement mit ganz viel Platz

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Auch in 5 Wochen hatten wir keine Langeweile. Das Platzangebot im Appartement war so großzügig , dass wir weitere fünf Wochen hätten bleiben können. Können wir empfehlen. Gerne wieder einmal.

Lovely Apartment in a Quiet Area

The apartment has everything that you might need in it. Its very comfortable and was very clean when we picked up the keys. It has a fabulous pool which was never busy and always clean. I enjoyed the fact that it was a quiet area just 2 minutes from the beach. It took 10 to 15 minutes to walk in to the town along the lovely beach walk, which wasn't a problem for us. Communication with the property owner resolved any queries we had pretty quickly and efficiently. All in all we had a really great holiday and I would be happy to come back again.

Nice Appartment

The Appartment is nice and in a beautiful area close to the see. It takes around 25 min. to walk to the city center. Communication was very easy and friendly. We can absolutely recommend to stay here.

Mariposa Casa just off Grandes Playa

Communication with Loris was very good. Checking in with Morgana was brilliant and we got into the apartment earlier than stated. I asked for recommendations restaurants and she gave us some excellent choices. The apartment is in a quiet area. Far from the main drag of Corralejo but I knew this when I booked. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is a good size . The only downside was that there was no cutlery. A quick message to Morgana and this was sorted the next day. We felt that the apartment was in need of a bit of an update and refresh, but all in all it did not spoil our stay. We love Feurteventura.

Fabulous Apartment

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated, absolutely ideal location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was cleaned every day and there were plenty of sunbeds. The apartment had a private terrace area with 2 sunbeds. A very enjoyable, relaxing break, just what was needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loris’s property, spotlessly clean and very homely, everything you need is right there. Morgana was so kind and helpful on our arrival too.

Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è molto bello, comodo e pulito. Il residence è molto silenzioso e internet in casa è veloce. Il signor Loris è stato gentilissimo. Ci piacerebbe ritornare!

alles klasse

komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber, leise. riesiger Pool, an dem wenig los ist. 2 Minuten zum Meer/Strand, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Ein schönes Viertel von Corralejo, wenig Touristen. Immer wieder!!!
