Centrally and strategically located, the apartment is just 200 metres from the pedestrian zone, with shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, and all major amenities, and about 300 metres from the beach.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity, allowing you to conveniently leave your car near the apartment and set out to explore the wonders of Fuerteventura.

The apartment, with its attention to detail and functional furnishings, is ideal for couples, families, small groups of friends, solo travellers, and remote workers looking for a comfortable base in a paradise-like setting.

It features 2 bright double bedrooms, both equipped with a closet, electrical outlets near the bed, blackout curtains, and a door to ensure comfort and privacy.

The bathroom features a spacious shower stall, toilet and sink, a hair dryer, and shower amenities.

The cozy and spacious living room features a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa bed, and a dining table.

The modern, fully equipped open kitchen offers everything you might need during your stay: a washing machine, dishwasher, De’Longhi pod coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, toaster, microwave, and high chair. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small terrace.

The entire apartment is covered by fiber-optic Wi-Fi with speeds up to 300 Mbps, ideal even for those who wish to work remotely.
