The property is spread over two floors and features large terraces and landscaped areas surrounding the house. It includes a barbecue area, solarium, private pool and several outdoor spaces ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco. There are 5 double bedrooms —two with queen-size beds— and 3 full bathrooms with showers. The living rooms are bright and cosy, with direct access to the terrace, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

With a Smart TV, private parking, gym and a fantastic private pool with sea views, the villa offers all the comforts needed for an exceptional stay.

Its location is very well connected by road, offering easy access to the main routes of the island.
