Villa Paradisus is located within the Bahiazul complex, a luxury urbanization of white and indigo villas, with a 24-hour security barrier at the entrance, restaurant, spa, gym and paddle. Villa Paradisus is a beautiful corner house of 350 m2, beautifully designed, with 3 suites rooms with bathroom and direct access to the pool, living room, 1 37 'plasma TV, fully equipped kitchen, private heated pool with lighting, solarium area and Garden decorated with volcanic rock and tropical plants, a roof terrace with porch, barbecue and garage. Villa Paradisus is unique, it is decorated in an elegant style, nothing conventional and very different from all the villas in the complex, with Provençal and French-style furniture in light color, high quality and design

Other highlights
- Pool heating is optional in the months of November to April, and will have an additional cost of € 15 per day. The temperature of the pool with the air conditioning will be about 20 degrees, but in no case will the water be hot like a jacuzzi.
- The Villa will be cleaned at the entrance and exit, and the pool will be cleaned every 4-5 days. However, they have a network to collect the sheets, etc., if they wish.
- If you want Intermediate cleaning, and / or change of sheets and / or change of towels during your stay, you can request it indicating the date you want the change, and you will be informed of the supplement that you will have to pay for it.

Average Villa with no aircon, in very quiet resort

We were greeted by the property manager on our arrival who showed us round. I noticed the villa was very warm and asked how we turn the Aircon on, she explained that there wasn't any Aircon as the island is very windy. I had been misled by the VRBO description of the Villa as it mentioned Aircon when describing the pool temperature. Had I realised it had no Aircon I would never have booked the villa. The villa it's self is tired and needs a general upgrade to all bathrooms and the kitchenette- please note the kitchen consists of a very small grill oven similar to the type you may have in a caravan, electric hob, toaster & kettle, with a few cupboards. The one saving grace is the relatively new fridge freezer. Given the size of the kitchen it is very difficult to prepare a meal for 6 people. The pool & outdoor areas are lovely and the rooftop terrace is very nice. The villa was clean. We were not offered a change of bedding or towels during our 2 week stay so had to wash our own. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. The resort it's self ( Bahiazul) is very quiet, the restaurant & bar area is beautifully decorated but was very quiet each time we went in. The closest town of Corralejo is approx 5mins in a taxi. We had frequent visits from cockroaches at night in the villa, which apparently is common on the island. I would not return to Fuerteventura as the landscape & scenery is not my cup of tea. The villa has some lovely features but the lack of Aircon spoilt our holiday, despite the property manager providing a couple of fans and us purchasing one, it was still unbearably hot at night.
