It is a nice simple apartment but it is cosy, which is in a very good location 5 blocks from the Malecon of the city of La Paz, we continually make improvements for our guests to feel comfortable, ideal for couples, friends, families or executives on a business trip, the neighborhood is quiet with little vehicular traffic, if you have car we have parking fenced and very safe.
In Varmen departments we will love to be able to attend and be part of your adventure in this beautiful place of Mexico.
The apartment is very well located 5 blocks from the Malecon but is in a quiet street with little vehicular flow, is a very tourist neighborhood.
We are 3 blocks from a supermarket of very good size named Chedraui and in the vicinity there are different shops such as: restaurants, cafes, mini supermarkets, marinas etc.
The transportation in the city of La Paz is not very efficient but we already have Uber service in La Paz, is more comfortable to rent a car but if you like to walk there is no problem because the location of the apartment is very good, the location of the apartment is easy access to downtown
And to go to the farthest beaches the bus station that is on the Malecon "Transportes Águilas" the buses take you to the farthest beaches as "el Coromuel beach, Balandra beach or Tecolote beach".
