Enjoy scenic ocean views from this beachfront 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath 4000 sq. ft. penthouse with 1000 sq. ft. deck including built in gas BBQ. 5th floor penthouse overlooks the spacious infinity pool, Sea of Cortez and the city of La Paz. Property is situated on a 1700 acre private gated peninsula, including Arthur Hills designed 18 hole golf course (listed in Golf Digest as one of best 5 new golf courses in the world). Also enjoy tennis and pickle ball courts on the resort.
Conveniently located 10 minutes from La Paz airport to the private ferry dock at the Cortez Sea Marina. The ferry ride is included (approx ride time in ferry is 7 minutes). Small restaurant located on golf course and small general store located on premises. The palapa pool bar is open all day for drinks and snacks. If you wish to explore the city of La Paz, whether a private driver or rental car, these are available from the concierge.
The private beach is perfect for a walk at sunset and collecting shells. It's a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of El Mogote.

Great stay!!
We loved staying at Paraiso do Mar. All the facilities are wonderful, had the beach to ourselves. Front desk staff very helpful. It was fun and super easy to take ferry back and forth, would recommend this over driving a car all the way out there. Only comment is that it would have been nice to have a little more communication with rental company and hadn't extra key to condo as the keypad stopped working and we were locked out until someone could get us a key.
