The Space:

This 200 sqm (2,152 sq ft) townhome offers a bright, welcoming setting for a stay in La Paz with friends or family. The standout feature is the expansive oceanview terrace, complete with a private pool, outdoor dining area, and comfortable lounge seating—an ideal place to enjoy La Paz’s renowned tangerine-colored sunsets. Inside, an indoor jacuzzi adds an extra touch of comfort for unwinding at the end of the day.



The Space



Main Living Areas:

The main floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable seating area, Smart TV, and panoramic ocean views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the living space directly to the terrace, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow that’s perfect for socializing.



Dining & Kitchen:

Adjacent to the living area is a dedicated dining space with cushioned seating for six, well suited for relaxed meals at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances, ample cookware, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up.



Secondary Living Area:

A second sitting area offers a large sofa and another Smart TV—ideal for downtime or for enjoying different shows without competing for the remote.

Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



The plants on the property are maintained every Tuesdays and Saturdays.



Please note that the pool is not heated.



We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:

- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes

- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands

- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering



​​The house has 2 levels and guests must climb stairs.



Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and parking are provided free during your stay.



The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.



We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.



Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.



There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.



Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.



A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



HOUSE RULES:

- Please note that the pool maintenance is scheduled every (Wednesday & Saturday). We'll kindly ask you to grant access to the maintenance staff, there is no specific time for this service. (the maintenance service may be subject to changes)

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.



As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a key in the lockbox. Codes are sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
