This two-level cottage has two possible entrances from the outside (first floor or ground floor). The first floor comprises a living room with kitchenette and a bedroom separated by a curtain (two single beds 90x190 cm / one double sofa bed). The ground floor has one bedroom (a pull-out sofa bed with two single beds, with a pull-out bed) with an en-suite shower room and a separate WC (macerator toilet). There is also a balcony and a private outdoor area. Semi-detached house adjoining a year-round rental property, in a hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac. The cottage has been carefully renovated with antique and restored furniture, giving it a charming, old-fashioned feel. A children's playground is 300 meters away, and there is a grocery store and restaurant in the village. There is no parking in front of the house, but unloading is possible. Free public parking is 300 meters away. This holiday cottage is located 8 km from the Bourg St Maurice funicular (connecting to Les Arcs) and 9 km from Montchavin (Paradiski connection). It's very close to the Beaufortain mountain range and the Vanoise National Park. Ideally situated for exploring the region and Italy via the Petit St Bernard Pass. A lake with rafting, canoeing, and kayaking is 5 km away. Numerous other outdoor, recreational, aerial, and sporting activities are available in the renowned surrounding resorts: Les Arcs, La Plagne, Tignes, and Val d'Isère.
