Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. Ski hire shop in basement was well stocked and so easy for in and out each day biggest negative was the room was too hot, even with all radiators switched off it was like an oven which didn't help with sleeping and staff didn't have a solution. I spend around 200 nights a year in hotels if not more and for a new hotel these guys are going the right way. hope to be back to see it!

Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. Breakfast was lovely everything you need from fruit, breads, pastries etc.The hot breakfast items like back & eggs could have been kept hotter but apart from this everything was

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Zugang zu den Skipisten/Liften. Skivermietung im Haus, kurze Wege. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Sehr guter Zustand von Einrichtung und Ausstattung.
