The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The living room has a TV screen, a large wardrobe with table games and playing cards, a double sofa bed, and a dining area. The bus stop is 200 meters away and the railway station is 1 km away. In the village there is a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants, football and volleyball fields, a playground for children, and picnic areas; in winter there is an ice-skating and curling rink, a cross-country skiing rink, and a ski lift.

Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling â the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages. Â

Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths.
