Experience comfort in our La Quinta studio with a king bed, mini-bar, fireplace, and serene mountain views from the private patio. Steps away from pools and a short walk to La Quinta Resort. Combine with LV214 for a spacious villa. Noise minimized from 10pm-8am.



The Space:

A downstairs Legacy Villas studio with a king bed, mini-bar, fireplace, full bathroom and private patio will make your next stay in La Quinta comfortable and enjoyable. The bedroom opens to a private patio with mountain views providing a tranquil setting for outdoor living. The bedroom provides ample living space with a closet, desk and chest of drawers. The mini-bar contains a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a separate soaking tub with adequate linens for use during your stay. There is a satellite pool and hot tub about 20-25 feet from the patio and the main community pools and fitness center are just a short walk away. Located at the front of Legacy Villas, the property is also a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and a short-drive to Old Town La Quinta. The studio can be combined with LV214 to create a spacious three bedroom villa (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 2 bedroom unit and studio unit. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.



La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Career Builder Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

This studio villa offers unhindered access to 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, and a community clubhouse and barbecue - all of which are located within the gated community premises. Free parking is available on-site for our guests. Staying here also means seamless check-ins and check-outs with our smart lock system, ensuring your complete privacy throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

Great location and very nice room

Nice room and almost no one in the complex in mid May so it wasn’t hard to find a pool with no crowd. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Clean, comfortable and easy access to any part of Palm Springs Metro!

We enjoyed our stay very much. After spending a day at Indian Wells, it was wonderful to come home to enjoy a bottle of wine on the patio, take a warm shower or bath & a hop into a comfy bed. Without traffic, this property is only about 10 minutes to the Tennis Gardens.

Connect to family

My girlfriend and I stayed in this unit which connects to a larger unit (by opening the adjoining door) where the rest of my family stayed. It was prefect for a family getaway that also provided a little privacy for my girlfriend and me. Very clean, nice bathroom, and a patio with access from the studio. Would stay again!

Excellent location and peace and quiet

This was the perfect getaway for myself and my two pets. We had to get way for a few days while my home was being fumigated. My pets enjoyed the stay being the unit had great A/C nd staying outside was not an option while I had business meetings for our Desert Public Relations firm. Thank you and we will for sure be back. Needs an updated mattress

Nice gated property. Friendly people around. The grounds were kept very clean. The pool area was clean and swimming was a nice treat for us. Plenty of parking. The bathroom was nice, roomy and clean. Has a small refrigerator and is stocked with plastic wine glasses and paper plates, nice for pool area but I do prefer glass. The bed was horrible, had a huge dip in the middle we both left with sore backs and not well rested. It would have been nice to have the patio furniture rinsed off before we arrived because I did enjoy the patio area. The price was reasonable. This is just an honest review of the place. If owner or property manager sees this I’m happy to share thoughts on the little details that would Improve the experience of the guest. Overall, the price reasonable but would have paid more for better quality sleep.

Nice Place in a Nice Community

This is like a very nice room akin to a nice hotel room but with a kitchenette and fireplace. The pool is very close (although not heated) and the community itself is very nice. It's close to Old Town La Quinta which is why we selected this location. The response time to inquiries is very fast.

Everything went well till last 24 hours. We called and reported that our cable TV went out at 10 am. We were told someone from maintenance would be calling. We went for a swim for about 2 hours, still no call, 115 degrees & nothing to do. We had no TV 24 hours later when we left. Also wish the studio had a loveseat. Unit was very clean and well maintained.
